Items will ship out before or on last day of turn around time (TAT). If it does not you may request a refund after TAT has been exceeded. TAT does not include shipping. Once the items are shipped out, I am no longer responsible for them. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless something was wrong on my part. This does not include sizing issues. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE FOR BEST FIT. However, if something is wrong with your order please reach out to me, so I can try to resolve the problem.
