Items will ship out before or on last day of turn around time (TAT). If it does not you may request a refund after TAT has been exceeded. TAT does not include shipping. Once the items are shipped out, I am no longer responsible for them. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless something was wrong on my part. This does not include sizing issues.
